Miranda is an award-winning leader, a communication and coaching expert, and a passionate champion for workplace equity. She approaches speaking engagements with the authentic story-telling of a successful businesswoman who struggles, soars, screws-up, sips her own medicine, and celebrates simple things along the way.

As a facilitator and former professor, she understands adult learning theory and engages her audiences through applicable content and experiential activities that address their immediate needs. Her virtual and IRL presentations on personal transformation, professional development, and leadership include topics on:

We work virtually with executives, managers, and emerging leaders. Our coaching pathways range from three months to one year. We offer a variety of behavioral assessments to help inform your self-discovery process and deepen your development experience.
